Grape VarietalPinot Noir (53%), Chardonnay
Vinification and MaturationThe grapes were harvested early to retain high natural acidity and were tank fermented using a neutral yeast at low temperatures to retain fruit flavors. The wine was then lees stirred for three months to increase complexity and palate weight and blending was performed to produce a wine with balanced palate flavours, using Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in a classic style. The wine was then heat and cold stabilized prior to final filtration. This base wine was then re-fermented in tank and bottled under pressure to produce a fine, delicate sparkling wine.
We offer combined delivery for wine (750ml) and spirit (700ml) bottles up to 12.
