Frangelico Spiced Apple

We first made this drink for cocktail workshops and every time we revisit it we’re impressed by how many guys and girls alike love it.

Shake, strain and top for your close friends. Build and use a straw to stir it when you’re six-deep on New Year’s Eve!

INGREDIENTS 

• 30ml Frangelico
• 15ml SKYY Vodka
• 15ml fresh lemon juice
• 30ml cloudy apple juice
• 30ml ginger beer to top with

TO MIX
Shake the Frangelico, fresh lemon juice, and cloudy apple juice. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Top with the ginger beer and garnish with a lemon wedge and fresh grated nutmeg over the top.
